Royal Jordanian Airlines has officially launched a new direct route connecting Amman and Vienna as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the European market and expand its international network.
The new service will operate four weekly flights from Queen Alia International Airport using the airline’s latest aircraft, equipped with onboard Wi-Fi and advanced entertainment systems to enhance the passenger experience.
Royal Jordanian Vice Chairman and CEO Samer Majali stated that the Amman–Vienna route aligns with the airline’s expansion strategy, aimed at reinforcing its position as a leading carrier in the region and increasing its share in the European market.
He added that Vienna is an important European hub that offers passengers greater connectivity to numerous destinations, while also boosting tourism and business ties between Jordan and Central Europe.
The new route will further strengthen air connectivity through Royal Jordanian’s hub in Amman, providing convenient connections to destinations across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
